Departure time is anytime before 11am on the day of departure.

Accommodation
All accommodation is based on either bed & breakfast Or room only per room, per night. All our accommodation includes service and VAT at the current government rate. Family bedrooms are to be requested with the Hotel.
If 7 days or more are reserved a pre-authorisation or full payment will be required. Unless the non refundable or transferable rate is booked, if guests cancel and a pre-authorisation or full payment has been taken, this will be refunded into your account only if you cancel before cancellation policy date.
We host Wedding Receptions and Private Functions up until 1am, please be aware at weekends that noise can be heard from these Function Suites.
All of our bedrooms are non-smoking.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a debit or credit card at the time of the booking.
Arrival & Departure
Cancellation - All Accommodation
All accommodation must be cancelled 1 day or more prior to arrival. In the event of a no show or late cancellation an amount equivalent to the 100% of the total booking will be charged to the credit card which was given to guarantee the reservation.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation you can choose to enter your credit card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax.
Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur. all seasons accommodation must be cancelled 1 day prior to arrival if the booking is cancelled after this time the credit/debit card given to reserve the accommodation will be charged for the first nights stay for each bedroom reserved. A pre authorisation is taken upon arrival at the hotel. this will not included non refundable or transferable rates.
If the reservation was reserved for more then 1 night, the first nights accommodation will be charged and the further nights pre-reserved will automatically be cancelled.
In the event of a non-arrival – which means the reservation/s are still live on this website 1 nights accommodation will be charged with the debit/credit card given to reserve the accommodation. any further nights will be automatically cancelled.

Children
Children under the age of 16 years are accommodated free when sharing with 2 adults. (Maximum of two Children)
Children accommodated in their own bedrooms are charged the full adult price.
Breakfast – If your accommodation rate is based on room only – a full English breakfast or continental breakfast is available at £11.50 per person.
Children under the age of 10 years dine complimentary for breakfast.
Children in Executive Bedroom
Children Statying With Two Adults In An Executive Bedroom, Will Provided With A Sofa Bed & Zbed Or Two Zbeds – This Maybe Slightly Tight Fitting.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel with exception to guide dogs.
